Ben Schreckinger

Ben Schreckinger covers national politics for Politico. He has published in Slate, Newsweek, Politico Magazine, the Atlantic (digital), the Boston Globe, Boston Magazine, and the Financial Times, among others. In 2013, he was a Burma Reporting Fellow with GroundTruth. Before that, he covered politics and policy from Washington as an Atlantic Media Fellow with National Journal. He was the recipient of the 2011 Robert Novak Collegiate Journalism Award for his coverage of a sealed federal lawsuit in Rhode Island.
